I graduated from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma with my bachelors degree in Elementary Education in 2015. I am one semester away from completing my Masters in Instructional Coaching. My heart is to help others find success in their classrooms, and provide the support teachers crave! I have taught 2nd grade, 3rd, grade, Summer School targeting reading for 1st Grade, 5th grade Social Studies, 5th Grade Math, and 5th Grade Writing, 3-5 STEAM, 3-5 Gifted and Talented Education, and 3-5 Math Interventions. I began making my own resources when I could not find exactly what I needed for my students. We did not have a commercial curriculum, and I wanted to make sure my students were finding success and meeting the standards for grade level mastery. I realized I really loved to make my own resources with lesson plans, and share them with others. Check out my blog to see a few stories of the beginning of creating my own resources!
I married my high school sweet heart in 2005, and together we have 3 amazing kids! Our oldest is getting close to graduating high school, and my youngest is close to middle school. We are living the busy life of parents of teens, and preteens, in sports and extracurriculars! I am still actively teaching, while finishing my masters, and completely understand the juggle of mom life and teaching! We’re in this together, and I’d love to provide the support you need to find confidence in the classroom!
I would love to connect with you
